Time in Barcelona is one hour ahead of the UK, six hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, nine hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time, except for brief periods during the changeovers to and from daylight saving. In Spain the cloks go forward in the last week in March and Back again in the last week in October.
